Our youth double dutch team caters to children and teenagers aged 8-17. We focus on creating an age-appropriate, engaging, and safe environment where young enthusiasts can learn and excel in Double Dutch.
2. How often are practices, and what can participants expect during these sessions?
ANSWER:
Practices are scheduled every Monday and Wednesday from 6-8 pm. Each session includes warm-up exercises, skill-building activities, teamwork drills, and competitive practice games. Our certified instructors ensure that each participant receives individual attention and guidance to improve their Double Dutch skills.
3. Do participants need any prior experience with Double Dutch to join the team?
ANSWER:
No prior experience is necessary. Our program is designed to accommodate beginners as well as those with some experience in Double Dutch. We focus on teaching the basics to newcomers and helping more experienced jumpers refine their skills and techniques.
