COACH STACEE
Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach, Double Dutch Aerobics Instructor


A US Army and US Air Force veteran, Stacee brings resilience, and a strong spirit of service to her roles as a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach, Double Dutch Aerobics Instructor, author, and competitive youth Double Dutch Coach. Her journey with Double Dutch began in middle school, street jumping through her youth with family and friends in the DMV and Roanoke, Virginia. Rediscovering her love for the rhythmic ropes as an adult, Stacee sought engaging and fun exercise activities, joining several groups such as the 40 Plus Double Dutch Club, Double Dutch Aerobics, and Pretty Girls Jump.

Beyond the world of Double Dutch, Stacee leverages her extensive experience as a public health advisor and emergency manager, roles she has excelled in for over 20 years. Her commitment extends to enhancing community well-being through her expertise in public health preparedness.

Stacee's passion also encompasses family, health, fitness, and community engagement and support. Known for her vibrant enthusiasm and infectious energy, she has a natural ability to uplift and motivate others. As a coach, she is dedicated to transforming enthusiasts into champions, imparting the art and joy of Double Dutch to anyone eager to learn.

COACH ROBIN
Certified Personal Trainer, Health and Nutrition Life Coach, Double Dutch Aerob
ics Instructor

Coach Robin is a seasoned fitness enthusiast and a dynamic force in the world of Double Dutch. With her certification in Personal Training and as a Certified Double Dutch Aerobics Instructor, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Robin's journey with Double Dutch began at the tender age of 5, and she quickly developed a passion for the sport, eventually joining a competitive team where she honed her skills and competed at high levels.

Beyond the ropes, Robin is a successful entrepreneur, owning a nutrition and fitness studio where she combines her love for physical activity with practical health and nutrition advice. Her comprehensive approach to fitness is evident in her work as a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach, where she empowers individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes.

Robin's accolades in the fitness world are numerous. She is a recognized figure in local and regional fitness communities, often invited to speak at health and wellness seminars. Her studio has been awarded for its innovative approach to combining nutrition with exercise, and she has been featured in several local publications for her contributions to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Her enthusiasm for movement extends beyond structured exercise; she enjoys a variety of activities that keep her on the move, from yoga and pilates to outdoor adventures like hiking and cycling. Coach Robin's philosophy revolves around the belief that fitness is not just about physical strength but encompasses mental and emotional well-being. Her holistic approach, extensive experience, and infectious energy make her a beloved coach and an inspiring figure in the fitness community.

COACH DUKE
Double Dutch World Champion

 

James Jackson, known as Coach Duke, began his journey in Double Dutch around 1998 with the Double Dutch Forces in Columbia, SC. He has competed in the American Double Dutch League, National Double Dutch League, International Double Dutch League, and USA Jump Rope Federation, earning State (SC), World, National, and International championships.

 

Coach Duke has also performed at halftime shows for college basketball (both women’s and men’s), NBA, and WNBA games. His first international competition took him to Paris, France. Since 2006, he has trained and conducted camps, extending his expertise to the Dutch Caribbean Islands and the Cayman Islands. He is also the co-founder of Xclusive Double Dutch, originally based in SC and now known as Xclusive Atlanta.

 

In addition to his accomplishments in Double Dutch, James holds a BS in Child & Family Development. He taught preschool for six years and currently serves as a Curriculum Specialist, where he supervises and coaches teachers in Early Education.
